Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our merchandise. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a resolution, you must:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item.
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. Please do not send back any items unless instructed to do so by our support team.
